The Capability restaurant showcases rustic and seasonal fare and re-imagined classics from the original Waldorf=Astoria, featuring vegetables, fruits and herbs grown at London Syon Park combined with produce sourced from the British Isles.

The menu is accompanied by the finest Old and New World wines selected by head sommelier Romain Columbi, and wine tastings are available at the Chef's Table in the hotel greenhouse. The Terrace, featuring a 180 year old Bonsai tree, plays host to London Syon Park Afternoon Tea.
